No Bake Energy Balls

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup peanut butter or almond butter (unsweetened)

1 Cup old fashioned oats

1/3 Cup honey

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 Tbsp flaxseed (ground)

6 Tbsp mini chocolate chip morsels (dark)

1/2 Cup dried cranberries

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Adjust ingredients to your liking and texture. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes. Remove from refrigerator. Use a small ice cream scoop or spoon to scoop in your hand and roll into 1” balls.

*If balls become difficult to shape, wet your hands slightly, drying off excess water, and continue rolling.

**Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
